With years of experience restoring, building and living aboard boats (understanding all the considerations and complexities), designing a bespoke houseboat for this client came naturally.

Minimal, clean lines of blackbutt timber and charcoal aluminium were used throughout for a soft visual connection to the Australian river landscape.

The large open plan living space incorporates integrated butler’s cupboard and cocktail bar and a 5-metre-long marble bench/dining table for that extra special cruising experience.

An eco-friendly pellet combustion burner offers a truly cosy feel when the temperature drops. The master cabin at the rear looks out onto an epic deck with built in spa and daybeds integrated into engine bays.
